Ingredients
4 cups self raising flour
300ml cream
1 can lemonade
Method
Shift self raising flour into a bowl, make a well and pour in cream and lemonade. Mix to a firm dough, roll out, cut with a scone cutter and bake in hot oven until golden brown.
QUICK MUFFINS:

Serves 6
Ingredients
1 cup self raising flour
4 tbs. whole egg mayonnaise
3/4 cup milk
4 rashes of bacon, diced and fried
Method
Mix all ingredients until just combined. Fill muffin cups two-thirds full. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180C for about 15 - 20 minutes.
BOTTERBROODJIES:

2 kop koekmeel
4 t bakpoeier
1/4 t sout
1 eier
1/3 kop kookolie
1/3 kop water
½ kop melk
Meng alles saam.
Gooi teelepels vol in gesmeerde kolwyntjiepanne.
Bak in 180 grade oond tot gaar.
Vir afwisseling kan 'n kop. gerasperde kaas of 'n handvol korente bygevoeg word.
BILTONG MUFFINS:
2 Koppies Koekmeel
1 Eetl Bakpoeier
½ Teel Sout
¾ Koppie Cheddarkaas, gerasper
6 Sprietuie Gekap
1 ½ Koppie Fyn biltong
2 Eiers
1 Koppie Melk
½ Koppie Olie
Afronding
4 Eetl Fyn biltong
4 Eetl Cheddarkaas, gerasper
Paprika om bo-oor te sprinkel
Stel oond op 180C.
Muffins :
Sif meel, bakpoeier en sout saam. Roer kaas,
sprietuie en biltong by. Klits eiers, melk en olie saam en roer by droë bestanddele.
Moenie te veel roer nie.
Afronding :
Skep groot geesmeerde muffinpannetjie 2/3 vol en sprinkel biltong, kaas en bietjie paprika oor elke muffin. Bak vir 20 minute of tot toetspen skoon uitkom. Sit louwarm saam met botter voor.
